I completed the UC Berkeley Data Analytics Bootcamp in February 2024. One of the several projects I completed for this course was a map of earthquakes around the world which is automatically updated each week.
The Radical History of South Asians in Los Angeles
I worked with the USC Equity Research Institute’s Scholar Activist in Residence Taz Ahmed to produce this interactive StoryMap documenting 15 pivotal locations that have shaped the rich tapestry of South Asians in Southern California.
California Immigrant Data Portal
The California Immigrant Data Portal is a resource and progress tracker for immigrants and those serving immigrant communities across the state of California. This portal presents data and case studies that can be used to better understand and promote the well-being of immigrants, their families, and their communities.
National Equity Atlas
The National Equity Atlas is the result of a several year partnership between the USC Equity Research Institute and PolicyLink. It contains 30 Indicators which showcase data for 301 geographies across the United States. I helped build 15 of the 30 indicators currently on the National Equity Atlas, as well as our new Racial Equity Index.
Bay Area Equity Atlas
The Bay Area Equity Atlas is a comprehensive data support system to track the state of equity across the region and inform solutions for inclusive prosperity. It was also built as a result of the partnership between USC Equity Research Institute and PolicyLink. I helped create several of the indicators and pages for this tool.
